BOTTOM LINE: Michigan State has a better bowl streak in progress, as well as a better bowl-win streak. MSU has "measured up" with league championships and division titles over the last decade. The series is tied in wins/losses, and the Spartans lead in points scored. The overall game record of the two teams is extremely close, with only two games separation over 10 seasons.

Not sure if you want records set, but MSU swept the conference slate with double digit wins in all 8 games, something that no other team has done in the long and storied history of the B1G Ten.

Hey Spartan Resource! If you are doing year end awards, I nominate this comment by MSU Spartan76 as reply of the year. Never done before! Great stat. (1979 basketball team was only team to win every game in the NCAA Tournament by double digits at the time, FYI.) This pretty much sums up how the conference games went after figuring out which direction they wanted to go. And the -48 yards dig should earn him the "Sparty" from the other nominees.
