THE dUMb chUMps ON PARADE: APRIL 2015

Every so often you see something that just seems to "take the cake". Today we examine a classic case of chUMpishness, from a self-avowed Walmart Wolverine. This comment appeared last month on an article published by the Detroit Free Press. Augie Janke has earned his stripes as a bona fide chUMp:

THIS chUMp COMPARES MOTT TO MSU

Funny that Michigan folks want to claim that Michigan State folks have an "inferiority complex", when we know that the "UM Brand" relies on people like Augie Janke to keep its cash machine rolling. Notice how this chUMp proudly proclaims that he was not "the caliber" for Michigan, then compares a community college to a Big Ten member institution.

You have to call Janke crazy, but remember what Mark Dantonio told us all those years ago:

"I find a lot of the things they do amusing. They need to check themselves sometimes. Let’s just remember, pride comes before the fall. ... They want to mock us, I’m telling them, it’s not over. They want to print that crap all over their locker room, it’s not over and it’ll never be over here. It’s just starting. ... I’m very proud of our football team, and I’m very proud of the way our football team handled themselves after the game as well. You don’t have to disrespect people. If they want to make a mockery of it, so be it. Their time will come.”

Perhaps Augie Janke will provide us with some inspirational quotes from the football coach at Mott Community College.

UM Football Continues Revolving Door

From the Ann Arbor News:

On Friday, Hoke answered more questions from the assembled media. Here is a recap of the hot topics, starting with the confirmation that center Rocko Khoury, punter George Morales, tailback Michael Cox and receiver Terrence Robinson are no longer with the team.

All four would have been fifth-year seniors, but plan to graduate in the spring with one year of eligiblity remaining. They'll be eligible to transfer and play immediately under the NCAA's postgraduate transfer program.

Backup linebacker Isaiah Bell also left the program, the university confirmed earlier this week.

chUMps get dUMped by Their Own Insult

chUMps coaches and players use the GREEN and WHITE of OHIO as an insult toward Ohio State.
OHIO turns disrespect back on chUMps by dUMping them in first chUMps game of Big Dance.

Can JB or The Hokemeister ever refer to The Ohio State University as OHIO again? What does it say about them if they stop? What does it say about them if their players and even professional coaches continue their childish game of refusing to refer to Big Ten Institution by their actual name?

Using a Mid American Conference Institution as a way to insult their rival reveals them for who they are; chUMps!

And OHIO has exposed them for all to see.

Once again however, they luck out. With Duke losing, the nation will be talking about Duke losing and the Missouri loss. It kind of reminds me of when Ed Martin died in jail along with all his dirty little secrets about the cheating chUMps basketball program.

Note: We, as fans, use "chUMps" on this site as a way to counter balance the illusion the Michigan media machine has created about their athletic program. We also use it a fun way of sparing with them. If ever the term catches hold among Spartan Nation, you will never hear MSU coaches or players use it when referring to the University of Michigan - let alone 100% of the time - all in unison, across multiple sports as if orchestrated in some way. OK, I know the OHIO thing was orchestrated. So what do they do now? Remind everyone of this game every time they do it or discontinue the practice, basically admitting they were being chUMps?

Should Spartans be Rooting for chUMps Tonight?

What is best for the Spartans?

A. Play the chUMps while they are undefeated and highly ranked. Would it be better to knock the chUMps off their "arrogant asses" and be the team to begin their second half slide? Is it a case of the higher they are (emotionally and ranked), the harder

4-Star Recruit/Freshman Linebacker dUMps the chUMps

Linebacker recruit Kellen Jones no longer enrolled at Michigan

Angelique S. Chengelis/ The Detroit News

Last Updated: July 25. 2011 8:07PM
The Michigan football roster has been released and there are some noticeable absences.
Incoming freshman linebacker Kellen Jones from Houston and returning offensive lineman Christian Pace are not on the roster.
Meanwhile, senior receiver Darryl Stonum, who had been indefinitely suspended from the team by coach Brady Hoke, is on the roster.
The 6-foot-1, 208-pound Jones is rated the No. 12 middle linebacker in the nation by Scout.com and the No. 29 inside linebacker by Rivals.com.
"He is no longer enrolled at the University of Michigan," a U-M football team official said Monday.
Pace, the U-M spokesman said, has a medical issue and is no longer on the team.
Stonum pleaded guilty last month in 15th District Court in Ann Arbor to operating a vehicle while visibly impaired. He was charged with operating a vehicle while visibly impaired in 2008 during his freshman year.
