I can't accept too much of it though - in fact, the material I found was from the Detroit Free Press article that is linked to above. I just followed the link again and what you'll want to do is scroll to the bottom and click "View Comments". There you can enjoy browsing through Mr. Ogden's comments and the chUMp response (his original post was, I believe, on Jan 28th at 10:41pm).
He appears to be linked to a Facebook account. From there, the trail ends for me. But I trust you enterprising Spartans at DumpTheChUMps can find the man himself.
Mr. Old Gloriesnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4160896203399392588.post-87142271541348707622014-01-29T15:46:19.669-05:002014-01-29T15:46:19.669-05:00Mister Old Glories,

The content from the attorney is very interesting, especially the timelines. We would like to expand that source material into another full story.

Would you be able to please give us a link to follow in order to get that material first-hand? The lack of high standards of ethical conduct by the Coach and AD do violate the NCAA rules. This rapist was technically expelled the moment that letter was signed and UM athletics knowingly allowed an ineligible player on the field.

NCAA, of course, will do nothing about this.MSUSpartan76https://www.blogger.com/profile/01872614755970123409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4160896203399392588.post-30225552011939580892014-01-29T15:14:57.443-05:002014-01-29T15:14:57.443-05:00From what appears to be an attorney:

The ‘Respondent’ of the letter is Brendan Gibbons.
Per school policy, the Michigan football coaching staff and senior athletic department officials, including Dave Brandon, receive a copy of this finding. No one did anything.

November 23, 2013

3 days after the schools finding, Gibbons plays and kicks 3 extra points in a 24-21 loss to Iowa. Brady Hoke allows Gibbons to play despite the findings of the same school that pay’s Hoke’s multi-million dollar salary.
Brady Hoke was basically told: Your employer thinks this kid is a rapist.
Facing intense job scrutiny, Hoke played Gibbons against Iowa, a game many said was a must-win for the embattled coach. He played a player that his employer deemed a sexual predator 3 days earlier.

November 30, 2013

On senior day, Gibbons does not play against Ohio State. Brady Hoke lies to the media, alumni and fans by saying Gibbons was hurt.

December 16th, 2013

Hoke’s lies on Gibbons continue, saying the kicker is still injured but it continuing to practice with the team: “He’s a little iffy,” Hoke said, “He’s kicking a little bit. But I don’t want to over-kick him. I’ve never been a kicker, so I can’t imagine that (muscle) problem. So he’s a little iffy.”

Either Hoke let’s an accused rapist continue to practice with the team prepping for a bowl game, or he covers up for an accused rapist by lying for him and completely marginalizing the severity of the allegations that the university has bestowed upon Gibbons.
Mr. Old Gloriesnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4160896203399392588.post-13181721658712102332014-01-29T11:18:33.243-05:002014-01-29T11:18:33.243-05:00Forgive me. Wasn't it way back in August 2011 that we all found the reports of Gibbons and Lewan, and the school was covering it up for another 2 years? And then we have Hoke telling him to think of "brunette girls" before he kicked the final points in the Sugar Bowl in 2011?
Are you KIDDING me? Outstanding, Michigan Man. Just outstanding.
