IZZO AHEAD OF BEILEIN AFTER WEEKEND TOURNAMENT VICTORY

Tom Izzo has moved back in front of John Beilein in head-to-head competition after winning in Indianapolis on Sunday. Izzo now leads 8-7, after Beilein pulled into a 7-7 tie last month.

Since John Beilein took over in Ann Arbor:

  • Tom Izzo leads in games won (8-7)
  • Izzo's teams lead in points scored (+68 points)

Coach Izzo has never trailed Coach Beilein in head-to-head wins.
